Responsibilities Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming experience Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries promptly Take patient vitals, draw blood, and administer vaccines accurately Support clinical staff with day-to-day duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace Maintain clear communication and foster a collaborative relationship with the office team Ensure documentation and clinical procedures adhere to practice standards Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Proficiency in computer skills applicable to medical settings Additional Skills & Requirements Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred Training and certification in drug screening and CPR/BLS required Experience with women's health, occupational medicine, or workers' compensation is a plus Preferred experience with DEA regulations and working with patients aged 2 and up Availability to work varied shifts in September and October 2026 Elevate your healthcare career by providing essential clinical support in a community-focused practice.
