• Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support providers in a busy and growing kidney clinic. This role is responsible for patient intake, clinical support, documentation in EPIC, and assisting with both clinical and front office workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. • Essential Duties & Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vitals Prepare patients for exams and procedures Document medical history, medications, and vitals in EPIC Administer injections and assist with lab draws Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms Support patient scheduling and check-in/check-out as needed Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist providers with daily clinical workflow Medical Assistant•Kidney Clinic | Oklahoma City, OK•Additional Qualifications Strong EPIC proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask in a high-volume clinic Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset Prior specialty clinic experience is a plus
