Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care. In this energetic role, you will support our providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth clinic operations. Duties Comply at all times with HIPAA, OSHA, MIPS and Risk Management policies and procedures. Clean and prepare exam rooms, keeping them fully stocked.

Perform clinical tasks including:

assisting with procedures and reviewing post procedure care instructions with patients. Obtain medical history and prepare patients for examinations. Schedule appointments, maintain medical records, process prior authorizations. Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort during procedures. Perform scribe duties in electronic medical records system. Process pathology and culture specimens daily. Perform suture removals when necessary. Experience:

1 year of Medical Assisting experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and electronic medical records systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
