Have you recently completed an MA program and are looking for work in the Healthcare field? Physicians' Medical Center has an opening for a Full-Time local Medical Assistant. Completion of MA program is required; current certification is optional. This position comes with a competitive benefits package. The Medical Assistant, under supervision, is responsible for assistance to the physician in the delivery of medical care, assistance to the patient in compliance with and understanding of that care and assistance in running an efficient and professional practice. This individual must be able to effectively communicate, enjoy working with people, have pleasant manners, and be flexible in interacting with different personalities. The Medical Assistant will work directly with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physicians' Assistant, Clinical Manager, or RN, will work with other nursing staff, and must be able to work independently.
