Bilingual Medical Assistant - English/Spanish We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who communicates well, enjoys working with patients, and works cooperatively with coworkers in a busy medical office. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly with patients in both languages Strong spelling, grammar, and written communication skills Excellent telephone skills and a professional, friendly phone manner Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well with others and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Basic medical knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology Organized, dependable, and able to pay attention to detail Comfortable communicating with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team Able to remain professional and courteous in a busy office environment Previous medical office or Medical Assistant experience is preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is kind, capable, dependable, and a team player. You should be comfortable speaking with patients both in person and over the phone and have the ability to communicate information accurately and professionally.
