This is a great career opportunity! We have a new doctor coming to our practice in August! Dr. Gabreille Gibbon! We are so excited and in much need of a career minded individual for an ophthalmic technician position. We are a busy, fast paced ophthalmology practice. We value each and every patient, as well as each and every employee. If you are a happy people person that would like to help people see better, this is the job for you. This could be the start of a new beginning for you! Responsibilities Assist ophthalmologists in performing eye examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient intake, including taking vital signs and gathering medical history. Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their visit. Utilize EMR systems to document and manage patient information efficiently. Ensure a clean and aseptic environment in the clinic.
