Job Title:

Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Join our dedicated, family-oriented team at Clackamas & Oregon Pediatrics, a thriving pediatric primary care clinic serving the next generation of leaders. We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) to join us full-time. This position will primarily be based at our Tualatin location, with occasional rotations between our other clinic sites in Clackamas, Happy Valley, Northeast Portland, and Tualatin as needed. Some evening and weekend shifts may be required based on clinic demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients in a timely and welcoming manner Obtain vital signs and accurately document patient information Administer vaccinations and other clinical treatments Triage patient calls, providing clear and effective communication Assist in minor office procedures and medical treatments Perform routine lab tests as directed by the healthcare provider Follow up on orders and patient care plans Ensure proper storage and handling of medications and medical supplies Support the daily workflow of practitioners, maintaining an organized environment

Required Skills:

Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and patient care Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Excellent communication skills with both children and adults Compassionate, with a genuine desire to work in pediatric care

Qualifications:

Pediatric experience preferred, with a passion for working with children and families Successful completion of a recognized Medical Assistant training program Ability to pass a background check Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Proficiency with EMR systems and experience with vital sign documentation is a plus

Work Hours & Benefits:
