Job Description

Overview An endocrinology practice is seeking a compassionate, organized and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse endocrinology diseases . In this role, you will support physicians and healthcare professionals by providing comprehensive clinical and administrative assistance. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development within the practice. Duties
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, medication lists, allergies and medical history
  • Download and upload continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and insulin pump data.
  • Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinical supplies
  • Assist with prior authorization, prescription refills and lab coordination
  • Assist with pre charting and patient reminder in EMR before patient visit Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics, hospital wards, or specialty areas especially Endocrinology.
Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in documenting patient encounters accurately. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence; ability to handle intake efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Schedule
