Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant to support both clinical and front office operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs Provide basic patient care as directed by the physician Assist physicians with exams and procedures Accurately document patient information in the EMR system Answer and route incoming calls in a timely, professional manner Clean, prepare, and stock exam rooms Perform front office duties as needed The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, cooperative attitude when working with patients, physicians, coworkers, and visitors, while promoting a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required CMA or CST certification preferred (or equivalent experience) Current state license or national certification preferred Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent hospital training preferred Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience preferred

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
