Job Description

In this role, you'll support the patient experience in a variety of ways, which may include front desk support, optical assistance, patient care, pre-testing, frame selection, scheduling, documentation, and daily office workflows. Team:
Depending on your experience, strengths, and where you fit best within the office, you may support areas such as front desk, optical, patient care, and technician-related responsibilities. Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience. Assist with scheduling, check-in, patient communication, and documentation. Support patients with frame selection, lens options, and general optical questions. Help with eyewear measurements, order tracking, adjustments, and final delivery. Assist with patient testing, room preparation, and other technician-related support. Coordinate with team members, optical labs, insurance providers, and patients to help keep the office running smoothly. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming patient care areas, optical displays, and workspaces. Support inventory, documentation, and daily office workflows.
What You'll Need:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, patient-first attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well with patients and team members. Strong organization and follow-through. Willingness to learn and support different areas of the office. Comfort working in a fast-paced patient care environment.
