Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to work with the public in a healthcare and retail atmosphere, understands the patient always comes first, and has the ability to multitask while focusing on the small details. This position will require someone with excellent time management skills and someone who is dependable. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
JOB DUTIES
Greet patients, check patients in and out for their appointment. Assist patients with scheduling appointments via email, phone and in person Collect copays and balances for patients Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries regarding orders and appointments. Verify patient's insurance and assist patients with understanding their benefits Assist patients with pre-examination testing Customer Service
  • Must exhibit excellent customer service skills, ensuring each patient interaction exceeds their expectations. Team Player
  • Must be a team player and able to effectively communicate with fellow co-workers, supervisors, and managers Cross-Training
  • This role will require the candidate to cross-train and assist other roles in the office as needed.
(Optical, Tech, Front Desk) Ability to be flexible with work environment.
