Job Description

Overview Are you a skilled and compassionate Medical / Office Assistant with a passion for regenerative, patient-centered care? Join our team and help us build our unique Regenerative Health practice. Regen Health is a new and growing regenerative health clinic dedicated to restoring vitality and promoting wellness through innovative treatments. As our primary Medical Assistant you will become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. This position will start as part-time and expand from there as we quickly grow. In this role, you will support our healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth clinic operations and outstanding patient experiences. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for at every visit. The ideal candidate is experienced in both office and clinical tasks and comfortable assisting in administering injections, IV therapy, and topical treatments. A background or interest in regenerative, aesthetic, or functional medicine is a BIG plus. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting comprehensive medical histories, updating personal information, and verifying insurance details Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision and professionalism Prepare patients for examinations or procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process Support physicians during procedures by handling equipment, maintaining sterile fields, and providing necessary supplies Document clinical notes accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining organized medical records Experience Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in outpatient clinics, hospital environments, or specialized units such as dermatology, geriatrics, or internal medicine Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative support functions including intake procedures and appointment scheduling Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support Experience supporting various specialties such as dermatology, urgent care, asthetic medicine is highly valued Join us in making a difference through compassionate patient service combined with technical expertise.
