  • 20/hour | Full-Time | Hybrid Option | Training Provided Florida Interventional Institute is a growing outpatient medical practice specializing in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team in a combined administrative and clinical support role. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week . Prior healthcare experience is not required , and we will train the right candidate. However, Medical Assistant training/certification or previous healthcare experience is a plus. All candidates must have Basic Life Support certification . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working with patients, eager to learn, and interested in growing with a medical practice. New graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Office & Administrative Assist with patient intake, basic medical history, referrals, and insurance paperwork Maintain the patient referral database and medical records Communicate with patients and referring physician offices Answer phones as needed and assist with scheduling and general office workflow Clinic & Procedure Days Prepare and turn over procedure rooms Restock, organize, and maintain procedure supplies Assist the physician during procedures — specific training will be provided for all procedure-related responsibilities Support the nurse manager, technologist, and physician to help clinic and procedure days run smoothly and efficiently Schedule Full-time, approximately 160 hours per month Hybrid option: Opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week for administrative duties that can be performed remotely On-site attendance is required for scheduled clinic and procedure days Some flexibility in work hours is available What We're Looking For Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Strong general computer and IT skills Reliable, hardworking, and organized Fluent in spoken and written English Spanish or Haitian Creole language skills are a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant, patient, and professional when interacting with patients Comfortable working directly with patients and as part of a small team Able to take initiative and adapt as the practice grows Compensation $17
