We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy receptionist/medical assistant/customer service representative to grow with our company. Full-Time Position, Days will consist of in-clinic and work-from-home for our Naples and Cape Coral locations. Willingness to travel to other local area location(s) will be requested. Responsibilities and Duties Medical Assistants will have the responsibilities of both a medical assistant and a clinical assistant. Clinical Assistant duties include but are not limited to Greeting scheduled patients, confirming forms are uploaded to our EMR software and other clerical/data entry responsibilities. Medical assistant duties include but are not limited to Obtaining vitals, confirming medical records, escorting patients to the exam room to be seen by the provider, and assisting the provider as needed. During downtime and when not in the office we will need you available to handle customer service-related issues. Qualifications and Skills At least one year of Medical Assistant experience, must be technically savvy and proficient with computers, and reliable transportation are all required. $16/hour to start with growth potential.
