Medical Assistant/Front Desk Full-Time Plastic Surgery Practice A busy, high-end plastic surgery practice has multiple positions available for a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and front desk operations. This hybrid role is essential to keeping in-house surgery days running smoothly and ensuring patients move efficiently through the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members. Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities. Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met. Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients.

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant experience. Certification as MA required for clinical position. Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment.
