NXTSTIM works with physician practices, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners to deploy connected devices, digital health technology, patient-reported outcomes, remote monitoring, and AI-enabled care solutions. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Medical Assistant to help support the continued growth and deployment of NXTSTIM. This is a unique Medical Assistant position combining patient-facing care coordination with digital health operations and commercial support . The primary responsibility of this individual will be ensuring that patients enrolled in NXTSTIM programs are successfully onboarded, receive their assigned devices, understand how to use the NXTSTIM platform, and remain engaged with the program. This position will be required to onboard patients at several locations and execute monitoring tasks remotely. Responsibilities Assist patients with registration, application setup, and account activation. Educate patients on the purpose and use of the NXTSTIM platform and connected devices. Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing, device connectivity, and basic application troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of inventory across participating NXTSTIM locations. Conduct telephone, text, or digital outreach to patients when appropriate. Contact patients who have not completed onboarding or device activation. Follow up with patients who are not actively participating in the NXTSTIM program. Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate licensed clinical provider or clinical monitoring team. Document patient outreach and outcomes appropriately. Work directly with physicians, Medical Assistants, nurses, practice managers, and other clinical personnel participating in NXTSTIM programs. Assist practices in identifying and onboarding eligible patients. Help establish efficient patient enrollment and device-dispensing workflows. Support onsite NXTSTIM launch activities. Help ensure that new NXTSTIM accounts transition smoothly from implementation to routine operations. Work closely with the NXTSTIM Sales team before and after new account launches. Provide feedback to Sales regarding physician, staff, and patient experiences. Assist Sales with maintaining strong relationships with existing NXTSTIM accounts. Identify opportunities within existing accounts where additional training, onboarding support, or program expansion may be appropriate. Represent NXTSTIM professionally at physician offices, meetings, conferences, and other customer-facing activities as needed. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Track onboarding status across participating practices. Required Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant Medical Assistant experience. Experience interacting directly with patients in a healthcare environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable communicating with physicians and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and web-based software. Ability to explain technology clearly to patients with different levels of technical experience. Ability to independently manage patient follow-up and assigned responsibilities. Professional, dependable, and highly responsive. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pain management, neuromodulation, medical devices, digital health, remote monitoring, care coordination, clinical research
