This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on medical assisting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and luxury-level service. We are looking for a strong team player with leadership qualities, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs, support providers confidently, and help elevate the overall patient experience. What you'll do Support providers during cosmetic treatments with confidence, precision, and strong clinical knowledge Assist with injectables, lasers, and advanced aesthetic procedures while maintaining strict safety and protocol standards Deliver an elevated, white-glove patient experience from check-in through post-treatment follow-up Prepare and maintain immaculate treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Accurately document patient histories, treatment details, and post-care instructions Anticipate provider and patient needs while helping maintain efficient clinical flow Serve as a positive, professional presence and contribute to a strong team culture Training for new hires, workflow organization, and maintaining operational excellence as the practice continues to grow What we're looking for Minimum 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required Aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or luxury medical experience strongly preferred Natural leadership abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently Ability to remain calm, polished, and organized in a high-performance environment Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and creating exceptional outcomes and experiences Desire for continued learning, growth, and future advancement opportunities within the organization Full or part-time opportunities available | Evenings and Saturdays required Multi-site travel within Rhode Island is required If you are an experienced Medical Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence, luxury patient care, and being part of a collaborative, growing team, we would love to meet you.
