This full-time position plays a vital part in delivering the high-quality, personalized care we're known for.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments Assisting providers with exams and procedures, obtaining vitals, and updating medical records Preparing and maintaining exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supplies Coordinating lab work, follow-up calls, and patient communications Supporting the overall flow and efficiency of the office from the front desk to clinical care Preferred qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Front and back office experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with EMR systems and patient scheduling Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused Must currently reside in the Charleston, SC area To apply and be considered, please send your resume to .
