You will be seeing patients in different locations and assist providers in delivering appropriate care. Locations range from home, facility, and clinic visits.   • Taking medical histories
  • Explaining treatment options to patients
  • Preparing patients for examinations
  • Assisting providers during examinations
  • Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
  • Transmitting prescriptions as directed
  • Instructed wound care and dressing changes
  • Coordinate care with instructed care team
  • Instrument sterilization
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

  • Using computer applications
  • Answering telephones
  • Arranging requested referrals, imaging, etc.
  • Scheduling appointments

Job Qualifications:
    Education:
    High School Diploma or equivalent substitute
    • Certifications and/or
    Licenses:
    o Certification as a nurse assistant (CNA) or medical assistant (CMA) preferred

    Physical Demands:

    Work Environment:
    • This job operates at multiple clinical and non-clinical locations, varying by clinician's schedules
    • Driving to and from visits will be required
    Job Type:
    Full-time Pay:
    $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
