About Us:
We are a growing holistic and functional medicine clinic focused on helping patients feel their best from the inside out. Our services include hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and primary care. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment where care is personalized and meaningful.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Medical Assistant who enjoys working in a holistic health setting. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with a clinic long-term.
Responsibilities:
Perform IM and subcutaneous injections (B12, vitamin therapies, etc.) Assist provider with patient visits and procedures Room patients, obtain vitals, and document in EMR Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience Draw labs, specimen preparation, and coordination Maintain inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering Assist with IV therapy setup (if trained or willing to learn) Support patient education and follow-up communication Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (preferred but not required with experience) Experience with injections and/or phlebotomy necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in holistic, functional, or wellness-based care Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
