Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our on-site medical clinic team. This part-time/full-time, in-clinic position combines patient care, patient intake, and provider support. You'll work directly with our clinic leadership, medical staff, patients, and external partners to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure patients receive outstanding care and service. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Medical Office Support
  • Welcome patients, answer phones, and ensure a positive, professional first impression.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, appointment follow-up, and managing referral intake.
  • Prepare and maintain medical records, charts, and office documents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional medical office environment. Support for Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy Operations
  • Assist with basic tasks related to our on-site pharmacy, such as paperwork, patient communication, and coordinating medication pickups. Business Development Coordination
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support referral partnerships and community outreach. About Us

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, healthcare, or pharmacy setting.
  • Previous work as a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Front Office Specialist, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning electronic medical records (EHR).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, patient-centered approach.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential health information.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
