This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts, offering a predictable schedule in a fast-paced outpatient vascular setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working alongside physicians during procedures, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Room & prep patients for vascular procedures & clinic visits, including obtaining vital signs & medical history. Assist the physician & clinical team during in-office vascular procedures. Set up, sterilize, maintain procedure trays & clinical equipment according to safety protocols. Accurately document patient encounters & procedure details in the electronic health record (EHR). Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, follow-up appointments. Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions & general vascular health. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, & other clinical & safety standards. Support front, back office operations as needed to keep the clinic running smoothly. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or completion of an accredited MA training program. Prior experience in a vascular, cardiovascular, or other outpatient procedural setting preferred. Comfort working with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Current BLS/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. Strong communication skills & a genuine, patient-first bedside manner. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range of $22.00 - $25.00, based on experience, skill set, education, and certification. Full Medical and Dental benefits. 401(k) retirement plan with company match. 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. A consistent, weekday-only schedule — no nights, weekends, or holidays.
