Job Description
This position is a full-time, permanent clinical position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is for primarily Spring Hill, TN. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Obtain patient medical history in electronic health records (EHR), vital signs, medication dosage and frequency, patient allergens, and assist with examinations Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies Assist with procedures such as injections as directed by the provider Clean and sanitize exam rooms in between patient visits Basic tasks such as removing sutures and applying bandages Measure and apply patients with durable medical equipment (DMEs) Provide instructions and directions to patients regarding diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments Provide patient education and review home exercise programs Requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills Preferred Experience using NextGen or electronic medical records (EMR) systems Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match with employee contribution and discretionary profit-sharing Paid Time Off (which increases with years of service) Paid Holidays TOA is an equal opportunity employer.
