Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient visits and follow-ups as directed by clinicians Prepare visit documentation and assist with patient care records Transcribe medical histories and create accurate patient reports Ensure strict confidentiality of client records Input and manage data efficiently using computer software
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and home health software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Self-motivated and highly organized
Work Environment:
Office setting with moderate noise levels Interaction with diverse staff and public representatives Exposure to bloodborne pathogens at a low level
