We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. Are you passionate about patient care? If so, we'd like to meet you! The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
- Injections (Testosterone, Peptides, B12 and other vitamins)
- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
- Assisting medical providers with patient care
- Welcoming patients and creating a tailored patient experience approach
- General administrative duties
- Assisting in lab operations
- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.
- Scheduling appointments Duties Perform patient intake and document medical histories accurately Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards Provide basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations Coordinate patient services, including scheduling appointments and managing follow-up care Experience Candidates should possess: Experience as a medical assistant Strong phlebotomy skills Proficiency and knowledge of anatomy and physiology Experience in clinic settings and/or hospitals Familiarity with EHR systems for effective patient documentation Strong interpersonal skills for excellent patient service and communication We invite qualified individuals who are passionate about patient care to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
