About us Healthy Minds, Body, and Feet Center PLLC is a small business in Brownsville, TX. We are professional brand new Psychiatric office that has just opened their doors two years ago. Our Mission Statement is to "Achieve a healthy body through a healthy mind." We believe in providing compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. With our commitment to fostering healing, understanding, and resilience we strive to create a supportive and safe environment where individuals can begin their journey to mental well-being..
Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify medical insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit electronic or paper claims to insurance companies
  • Maintain patient billing records and update information as needed
Skills:
  • Proficient in medical office procedures and systems
  • Able to check blood pressure, temperature, and use of pulse oximeter.
  • Experience/Familiarity with Advance MD Software
  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing codes and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in patient service and communication. Able to speak, read and write in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a medical setting
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
