Job Overview Join our family practice healthcare team in Carrollton as a part-time Medical Assistant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. Responsibilities Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and assisting with basic medical tasks under supervision Support clinical staff with procedures including injections and , hormone pelleting procedures, and basic physiology assessments Document patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, including exam rooms and medical equipment such as surgical tools Skills Proficiency with EHR systems for documentation and patient data management Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) certifications and medication administration safely and accurately Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including geriatrics Phlebotomy preferred

Pay:

$18.25 - $18.75 per hour
