$18.00 - $21.00 per hour About Sleep Better Austin Sleep Better Austin is a growing Dental Sleep Medicine practice dedicated to changing lives by helping patients breathe and sleep better. Our mission is to provide exceptional care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable traveling, primarily to our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Central). Travel across locations is required, and flexibility is essential. Travel to all locations is required, with most time spent at our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Temple). Key Responsibilities Educate patients on sleep apnea and its impact on overall health Review and explain treatment options, including oral appliance therapy Take accurate PVS and/or digital impressions (TRIOS 3Shape or iTero Scanner preferred) Fit and adjust oral appliances Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options Follow up with patients, internal team members, and referring physicians Support clinical and operational workflow across all locations
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Dental assisting experience preferred but not required Experience taking impressions (PVS or digital scanning) strongly preferred Comfortable with patient education and communication Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to travel between locations ( required ) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and occasionally lean or kneel Ideal Candidate Traits Has a strong desire to grow personally and professionally Wants to truly impact patients' lives Accepts constructive feedback and uses it to improve Is punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Is organized, motivated, and willing to work hard Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
