WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
We are looking for a medical assistant/receptionist (willing to cross train) to help our clinic grow. We know that the clinic environment can be demanding but we want YOU to feel supported while caring for patients. We are a team looking for another member. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage patient intake processes, including collecting personal information, medical history, and insurance details. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate electronic health records. Document vital signs. Support clinical staff by preparing examination rooms. Administer vaccines. Requirements Previous experience in a medical administrative support role is preferred. Ability to perform intake procedures and document vital signs accurately. Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service and support. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
