This position combines front-office and clinical responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction and working in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Front Office Duties Greet and check in patients Answer and direct phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information Collect copay's and process patient paperwork Maintain accurate patient records and data entry Clinical Duties Room patients and obtain vital signs Document medical histories and patient information Assist providers during examinations and procedures Prepare examination rooms and maintain supplies Administer injections and perform basic clinical tasks as directed Follow HIPAA and office protocols Qualifications Previous medical office experience preferred Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required Knowledge of EMR systems preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
