In this vital role, you will evaluate, design, fabricate, and fit custom orthotic devices that enhance patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes through compassionate care, precise technical work, and collaborative teamwork. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment committed to excellence in patient service. Expertise in applying, modifying, and safely removing casts while reassuring anxious or uncomfortable patients. Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and functionality of devices while educating patients on their use, maintenance, and care. Document all patient interactions and treatment of progress accurately in medical records. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients' needs. Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies/DME, inspect incoming deliveries, and organize safe storage areas. Practice offers a very competitive salary and benefits package.
