Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team, specializing in Adult/Geriatric medicine. As a key member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to our valued patients.

Duties:

Documenting patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans in Epic Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records. Coordinating with healthcare providers to update and clarify patient records as needed and perform all medical assistant's duties. Facilitate communication between the healthcare team and patients. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Has ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Drive 1 day/ week to round with the doctor

Experience:

At least one year of experience working in primary care clinic Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries Assisting with patient education on healthcare and medications
