JOB SUMMARY
This position will perform front desk clinic duties, as well as assists staff in communication with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality of care. This position is for 3 clinic locations: 1001 York Dr Desoto Tx 75112 517 N Carrier Pkwy. Grand Prairie Tx 75050 2436 South Interstate 35 Denton Tx 76205 DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will welcome guests and greet visitors entering the clinic. Sit at the front desk coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, etc.) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Have a pleasant personality, as this position is also a customer service role. Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once. Performs assigned tasks for patients as assigned. Assists personnel in communication with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality of care. Coordinates schedules of diagnostic testing. Considers the diverse needs of each patient, providing and ensuring the highest level of service according to established service standards, optimizing the patient experience. Participates in collaborative identification and reporting of patient safety issues and ensures clean and safe patient environment.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 Yrs in Medical Facility Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Clerk, Customer Service, Patient Registration, or Similar Role. Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office

preferred Current BLS Current TB Screen
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or
GED KNOWLEDGE SKILS AND ABILITIES
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills; empathy for client situations.
