Full-time, Monday-Friday Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Candidates should be prepared to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their shift Must be comfortable floating between clinic locations within the local area Responsibilities Assist physicians with patient examinations and treatments Prepare patients for office visits, procedures, and diagnostic testing Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as directed Perform EKGs, specimen collection, and other routine clinical procedures Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record system Prepare and stock exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies Remove sutures and staples and perform dressing changes as directed Requirements Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Current BLS certification (AHA) Valid Driver's License Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience Strong patient care and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in Orthopedics, Oncology, or Total Joint programs Experience using Epic EMR Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment AL_TSC About our
