Prior experience in women's health, fertility, or specialty medicine is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills from other medical settings . As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers throughout fertility treatment, ensuring each individual feels cared for and supported. ✨ Want to see our vibe? Schedule:
Dedicated to a physician who sees patients in Dallas and Plano, you will follow this schedule or one similar. We've recently updated our Friday business hours to 8am-2:30pm!
Monday:
7:30am shift start in Plano, travel with your doctor's team mid-day to our Dallas office, finishing your day there at 4pm.
Tuesday:
Dallas office 7:30am-4pm
Wednesday & Thursday:
Plano office 7:30am-4pm
Friday:
7:30am-2pm
Compensation:
$20+ per hour depending on prior experience in fertility or another specialty. Please feel free to bring salary questions to your final interviews with our team! Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and escort them to exam/procedure rooms Take and record patient vitals, medical histories, and treatment updates Prepare exam rooms, equipment and supplies for procedures Assist providers during ultrasounds, procedures, and treatments Perform phlebotomy and process in-house lab specimens (training provided if needed) Assist with stocking supplies and sterilization of equipment Maintain timely correspondence with patients through EMR messaging Provide education and support to patients with professionalism and empathy Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with infection control standards Collaborate closely with front office and clinical staff to support seamless patient care Maintain discretion and compassion in sensitive healthcare settings Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching after one year employment 80 hours of PTO (accrued per hours worked) 8 company-paid holidays Boutique-style, supportive team environment Learn more about our mission & team: www.peakfertility.com www.instagram.com/peakfertility
