Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently recruiting Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) in Dallas, TX . Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

$22 to $24/hr

Contract-to-Hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Lunch 12:00PM-1:00PM)
Location:
Dallas, TX The Medical Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, collecting health information, and ensuring patients receive safe, efficient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
∙ Collect pertinent patient data including vital signs, medications, allergies, complaints, and health screening information ∙ Provide clinical support for procedures, injections, and treatments as directed by physicians ∙ Assist with patient preparation before and after visits to ensure comprehensive preventative care ∙ Screen and assess potential patient care risks including environmental and psychosocial concerns ∙ Provide and coordinate necessary medical equipment and supplies for patient care ∙ Address patient questions regarding clinical services and provide appropriate resources ∙ Demonstrate understanding of medical procedures including vital sign assessment and EKG interpretation ∙ Maintain compliance with patient safety, HIPAA, and internal company protocols ∙ Support daily clinic workflows and collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications:
∙ High school diploma or equivalent required ∙ Limited to entry-level healthcare experience accepted ∙ Active NRCMA certification required ∙ Current BLS/CPR certification required ∙ Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures ∙ Ability to follow established processes and work effectively within a team environment Why work for Adecco? Pay Details:
