Medical Assistants play a vital role in our patient care process and help support our mission of delivering high-quality neurological care to our community. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity with room to grow. We offer training in specialized procedures so you can continue developing your skills and advancing your career at TIND. Location This position is based at our Dallas location . What We're Looking For A successful candidate is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a busy clinical environment. You'll be comfortable multitasking, completing tasks efficiently, and working collaboratively with providers and teammates. Requirements 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience Strong typing skills and general computer proficiency Ability to learn medical systems and protocols quickly EMR experience preferred; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is a plus Key Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in the medical chart Answer messages and assist patients as needed Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive patient experience Maintain and support patient rights related to care, privacy, and respect Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers Perform other duties as assigned
