Role:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Territory Manager with clinical expertise as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology to join our dynamic team. No prior healthcare marketing experience necessary . This unique hybrid role allows you to combine your passion for patient care with strategic, relationship-driven territory management. Your pioneering approach will directly influence how specialty pharmacy services are delivered—ensuring that cutting-edge care reaches patients when and where they need it most, while forging lasting partnerships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Education & Support:
Deliver ongoing education and training to healthcare providers about the benefits of our services and share emerging industry best practices.
Strategic Execution:
Take full ownership of your territory by developing and implementing tailored strategies to meet and exceed regional goals.
Relationship Building:
Identify, engage, and nurture connections with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
Values Communication:
Articulate the unique benefits of our pharmacy services, ensuring healthcare professionals understand our commitment to enhanced patient care.
Market Analysis:
Monitor trends and analyze data to uncover new business opportunities and refine strategic initiatives.
CRM Management:
Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and provider engagement activities using our advanced CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and optimal service delivery.
Industry Representation:
Represent our brand at key events and meetings, staying updated on industry developments and fostering strong community ties.
Professional Development & Mentorship:
Enhance your skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and collaborative learning with experienced industry professionals.
Qualifications:
Required:
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant. Prior experience in Dermatology. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent Planning and preparation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
Preferred:
Proven history of surpassing performance targets and building strong, lasting relationships. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare provider development, especially in dermatology and/or specialty pharmacy. Exposure to healthcare marketing environments. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. Key Dermatology account relationships are a plus!
