We are a small, well-established internal medicine practice with a strong focus on patient care, efficiency, and professionalism. Our team consists of a physician and an experienced RN/office manager. We maintain a calm, respectful work environment and value reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Medical Assistant who is comfortable working both front office and back office. This is a key role in a small team, requiring independence, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform injections and basic clinical procedures Take accurate medical histories Assist physician and RN with patient care Manage patient flow efficiently Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in/out Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Provide excellent, professional communication with patients

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a clinical medical setting (required) Proficient in injections and routine back-office procedures Comfortable with front desk responsibilities Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a small team environment

Preferred:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience Experience in internal medicine or primary care EMR experience
