Certified Medical Assistant
  • City of FW, Full-Time, Days Certified Medical Assistant Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant
  • Sign-On for Eligible New Hires
  • Work location: 4701 Boat Club Road
  • Suite 325, Fort Worth, TX 76135 Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (8am-5pm) Department highlights: Fast-Paced Clinic with Growth and Development Opportunities Collaborative Work Environment No Weekend Hours Clinic is focused on Patient Satisfaction Here's What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) CMA
  • Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED) One year of experience as a Medical Assistant (PREFERRED) Willing to consider a New CMA that has completed an Externship ACLS or BCLS upon hire (PREFERRED) What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights May work in the front office as needed May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s) Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.
