Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-centered Clinical Medical Assistant to support our growing wellness and psychiatry practice in Frisco, Texas. This is a hands-on, fully in-person role focused on supporting patient flow, clinical operations, injections, intake, and day-to-day clinic workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a collaborative small-clinic environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and operational support responsibilities and values patient experience, professionalism, and teamwork.
Position Details Part-time:
approximately 20-28 hours per week In-person only (Frisco, TX) Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed
Compensation:
$18-20/hour depending on experience and fit No benefits at this time Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Prepare patients for visits and procedures Obtain vital signs and patient intake information Assist with injections and basic clinical procedures within scope Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients Support inventory management and clinical supply organization Assist with specimen collection or processing as applicable Administrative & Patient Support Greet and check in patients Support patient flow and clinic organization Assist with scheduling coordination and patient communication Document patient interactions and update records appropriately Support insurance verification and administrative workflow as needed Help maintain a professional, welcoming clinic environment Qualifications Medical Assistant certification required Prior outpatient, wellness, psychiatry, medspa, or clinic experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Reliable transportation required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Preferred Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Warm and professional with patients Reliable and punctual Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing clinic Team-oriented and adaptable Calm, organized, and proactive Strongly committed to in-person reliability and professionalism How to Apply Please apply through Indeed.
