This role requires flexibility to travel between our Allen, McKinney, Frisco, and Plano clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

Support patient care by assisting with office visits (OV), consenting, procedure room preparation/assistance, and recovery Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling support, and patient communication Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system (ModMed) Take vitals, prepare exam rooms, and ensure clinical areas remain clean and stocked Provide patient education and instructions as directed by providers Support the flow of clinic operations to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required Relevant clinical experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment Professional and compassionate communication with patients and staff Reliable with attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to all four clinic locations Experience with ModMed EMR preferred (training provided if needed)

Schedule & Hours:

Monday-Thursday:

8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM May have earlier start times on a case-by-case basis depending on patient scheduling
