- Spanish and English speaking preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills with Microsoft and internet
- Warm and friendly that can talk to patients over the phone and can deal with challenging patients
- Honest
- Is reliable and will be on time to every shift
- Must have excellent skills to do phlebotomy, injections, EKG, and testing with no retraining or supervision
- Strong desire to help people and strong work ethic. Likes to be busy.
- Fast learner
- Wants to grow and learn and to help a medical practice grow
- Has at least 2 years of experience working in an office already
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Can take instruction from others and the doctor with no talk back
- Able to work without looking at devices like phones.
- Can work as a great teammate to help support everyone else
