$22. 00 - $28.00 per hour Job description: At SculptedMD we specialize in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and anti-aging technology. We blend health, beauty, and lifestyle to help our clients feel empowered, confident, and vibrant. Our focus is to help better lifestyle and beauty to promote overall wellness. Our mission is to help clients look and feel their best, inside and out. We are looking for a proactive and health-focused Medical Assistant to support our modern health and wellness spa while engaging with clients in person and online. This unique role involves both clinical and administrative duties as well as social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Wellness Support:
Perform blood draws for lab testing, wellness panels, or IV therapy protocols following all safety standards Administer vitamin injections, support IV therapy sessions, and assist with non-invasive wellness procedures. Consult with patients on goals, treatments and wellness options. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. Record patient information, vital signs, and treatment progress. Schedule appointments and manage patient files. Support providers with client care and in-office procedures. Help maintain a smooth, organized, and clean clinic vibe.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Help manage our social media presence—engaging with our audience and growing our brand by creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally. Promote spa services, specials, and events. Capture photos and videos of treatments (with client consent) for promotional use. Assist in local demos, trade shows, and attend community events.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) Experience in or passion for wellness, fitness, beauty, or aesthetic medicine. Proficient in blood draw techniques and comfortable working with various client types. Strong communication skills, organized, responsible, and creative.
