At DRG, the patient is paramount and we are committed to providing the best care to each individual and our community as a whole. Medical Assistant with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and Spanish Speaking required.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Provide overall support for multiple Physicians and oce operations. Prepare patients for examination. Take patient histories and vital signs. Update electronic medical records. Obtaining records from referring physicians. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Relling medications, educating patients, and reviewing and informing physician of test results. Scheduling of tests, treatments, and obtaining prior authorizations. Triage telephone calls for referral to physician.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience preferred eClinicalWorks experience required Traveling between local offices required, so good transportation is a must.
