We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Clinical Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Coryell Health. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant , you will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks that directly impact patient experiences and outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient flow and maintain high standards of healthcare delivery. Responsibilities Greet patients and prepare them for examinations by taking medical histories and recording vital signs Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and support Administer medications and immunizations as directed by healthcare providers Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referral appointments while maintaining accurate medical records Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care techniques Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring that all medical equipment is functioning and ready for use Current certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant from an accredited organization Completion of a recognized medical assistant program with clinical training Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Join the Heartbeat of Your Community - Launch Your Healthcare Career at Coryell Health Imagine being part of a close-knit team that makes a real difference in people's lives.
