Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients upon arrival for examination preparation Document patient encounters in real-time alongside the provider using the EMR system Ensure accurate and timely entry of medical documentation, histories, and treatment plans Assist patients with completing forms and updating medical records as neede d Monitor patient flow and notify providers of patient arrival to maintain efficient scheduling Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriatel y

Qualifications and Requirements:

1 year or more of Medical Assistant experience is required. Experience with eCW is a strong plus Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
