Position open for Medical Assistants. Able to work in a very busy, fast pace office for 2 OB-GYN Doctors and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Willing to start

ASAP. MUST HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE

TRIAGE & ASSISTING

PROVIDERS.

Responsibilities Check out - appointments, schedule vaginal inductions, c/sections, referrals and communicate with hospital for admissions schedule appointments Answer Phones Fax / Scan / Upload Other office duties as assigned Skills Customer Service Skills Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in patient management software
