Medical Assistant/Receptionist

This a medical oncology office. Owner works really hard to make it a team effort and seamless process for patients to be scheduled and seen as fast as possible and also get their test done as fast as possible so they are able to get therapy in time. The candidate will perform the following duties: 1

• register and intake information 2
• build the patient chart ( all labs
• documents-referral-pathology) 3
• is able to do phlebotomy and know how to process the specimens 4-discharge patients and make their follow up appointments 5
• This process is a standard and you will have help with out from other staff in the office. we are looking for a seasoned person, with personal qualities of responsibility and reliability and a team member. You must give us contact of your previous employer
• we will not accept majot gaps in work history.
