Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including recording vital signs and updating medical histories using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all supplies are stocked for efficient patient visits. Perform phlebotomy for labs and / or IV line, adhering to safety protocols. Support patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing compassionate service throughout their visit. Document medical information accurately in electronic health records. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining medical records with precision. We do have a dedicated billing team as well. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required; additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. Phlebotomy experience / IV vein access for labs and / or IV line, is a MUST. Should have a documented experience AFTER completion of CMA training program. Bilingual (spanish speaking) will be a big plus. Proven experience in medical office management or clinical settings such as dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or geriatrics. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and managing electronic health records efficiently. Demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy, vital signs collection, and medication administration accurately. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care and professionalism in fast-paced environments.

Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
